You take one photo of each eye with your phone's back camera, in a mirror, with the phone touching your face. Our AI reads the iris patterns in both photos, maps what it sees across fourteen body systems and four personality types, and writes your reading in about a minute.

The model reads the patterns that are actually visible in your photos. It writes each reading fresh, so the same photos can come back with somewhat different wording and scores. It is a tool for self-reflection, not a medical test, and it does not diagnose anything. Read it alongside regular check-ups, not instead of them.

The Health reading covers fourteen body systems: respiratory, digestive, endocrine, reproductive, muscular, nervous, lymphatic, skeletal, urinary, cardiovascular, circulatory, excretory, immune and integumentary (skin). Each one gets its own findings and suggestions.

Yes. There are no needles, no blood draws and nothing to send in. You take a photo of each eye with your phone's back camera in a mirror and the rest happens on our servers.

No. Everything is read from two photos of your irises. There are no blood tests, lab samples or other specimens. It is a reflective reading, not a health check: if you have a health concern, see a doctor.

For reflection, yes; for tracking, not really. Each reading is written fresh and can vary a little even from the same photos, so small changes between readings mean little. Themes that come back across readings can still prompt useful questions about sleep, diet and stress.

Blood tests and physical exams give direct clinical measurements. Iridology offers a different, traditional lens: reflex patterns in the iris that the practice associates with body systems. It does not replace medical diagnostics; it is an extra layer of self-reflection.

It is a photo-based wellness reading, not a health analysis. The whole reading is built from two photographs, one per eye, taken with your phone's back camera in a mirror. Our AI reads the patterns, pigment and structure in each iris. No appointments, no clinics, no waiting rooms.

Your photos are sent to an AI provider, OpenAI's GPT models, to write your reading, then stored privately with it so you can reopen it. They are never sold. When you delete your account they are deleted too, unless you chose to keep them for research. Sign-in is by email code, so there is no password to leak.

Yes, the first reading is free. To keep and open it you enter your email and the six-digit code we send, which creates your account. If you want the full report you can buy the Health reading or the Personality reading for a one-time $19, or the Complete reading, which covers all fourteen body systems plus your personality profile, for a one-time $24.

The Personality reading gives your type among the four (Jewel, Flower, Stream and Shaker), your Big Five traits, strengths, blindspots and a development plan. Yes, and a phone is the best way. Stand at a mirror, use the back camera with the phone touching your face and take one photo per eye. The front camera is too soft for a good reading. You can also upload photos you already have.

There is no set schedule. Iris structure changes slowly, so a reading every few months is plenty if you like to reflect over time. Each reading is written fresh and can vary a little, so look for themes that come back rather than small changes.

It is not perfectly repeatable either: the model writes each reading fresh, so the same photos can come back with somewhat different wording and scores.
